On each new session:

1. Read `SOUL.md`
|
|
2. Read `USER.md`
|
|
3. Read today's `memory/YYYY-MM-DD.md` (and yesterday if needed)
|
|
4. In direct/private chats, also read `MEMORY.md`
|
|
|
|
Goal: restore context fast before taking action.
