f21154f8d3 成功编译Windows安装程序 
- 更新Inno Setup脚本支持版本号管理
- 移除自定义语言文件，使用默认语言
- 成功编译VideoSubtitleRemover-Setup-v1.4.0.exe
- 安装程序大小: 732 MB（LZMA压缩）
- 支持桌面快捷方式创建
- 支持开始菜单添加
- 支持完整卸载功能
