If this is a fresh workspace, do this once:

1. Ask who you are (name/style/emoji).
2. Ask who the user is and how to address them.
3. Update:
   - `IDENTITY.md`
   - `USER.md`
   - `SOUL.md`
4. Confirm preferred channels/workflow.
5. Delete or archive this file after onboarding is complete.
